FLAGSHIP CAMPUS - 1.2GW
CloudBurst’s Texas flagship Gigacenter, is a massive 1.2 GW data center campus strategically located in San Marcos to serve the growing needs of AI and high-density computing (HDC). A key feature is its unique behind-the-meter power strategy. It includes the rapid deployment of an on-site natural gas plant that will enable operations to start before grid power becomes available. It will eventually transition into a hybrid model using a blend of power sources. CloudBurst has negotiated a long-term natural gas contract with Energy Transfer LP (NYSE: ET) for firm delivery of up to 450k MMBtu/day.
